Download the evaluation version of Editomat from www.editomat.com or www.editomatic.com.

Open the file browser (My Computer) and you should see the newly downloaded editomat in your Downloads folder:

Double click editomat-EVAL. You will see a warning like this:

If you downloaded editomat from one of the sites above, you can ignore the warning and click "Run".

Editomat will start up. You'll see the splash screen, a tip, and finally the main editomat screen:

If you've purchased a licence for editomat, you will have received an email with your license code.

When you click the yellow Register button, a new window will appear:

Type your registration code in the space beside the "Register code" label and click the Apply License button.

Note that your computer will need to be connected to a network for this step to work.

There will be a brief pause after you click the button while editomat confirms the license and makes a new, registered copy of the editomat application.

Once that's finished you'll see this window:

In your file browser window, you'll now see two copies of the editomat application - one named editomat and one named editomat-EVAL

You may now delete the editomat-EVAL application and only run the editomat application.

You can copy or move the editomat application to another folder (or your desktop) to make it easier to access.

When you run editomat, you'll see the same application as before, except there will be no yellow Register button.

Congratulations. Your copy of editomat is now registered and fully functional.
